All of our products are handmade. We endeavor to deliver our high quality products consistently and quickly. We also are human. Making handmade things — whether that's a rug, clothes, or soap — creates differences from bar to bar, and from batch to batch. These differences may be invisible to the eye or...not. Thank you for enjoying this human quality that is apparent to some of our users.

Delivery is dependent on people, too. We always endeavor to ship the next business day. If one of our soaps is popular it may take a week to ten days to ship out your order. We suggest that while you're waiting, pretend you're in Hawaii relaxing on the beach with a lovely sunset, and take a deep breath. After all, it's only soap.
